Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment – If you are charged twice for the same course, we will process a full refund for the extra charge.

4. Transfer & Course Modification
- If you are unable to continue the course due to valid reasons, we may allow course transfer to another individual with prior approval.
